Mr. Cipolloni has 16 years of experience in Cybersecurity to include Government Contracts; Project Management; Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC); Privacy; Policy Creation and Maintenance; Process and Procedures Development; Technical Writing; Financial and Banking, Entertainment, Healthcare, Education, and Energy Industries; Proposal Management; Control Audits/Assessments; Security Operations Centers (SOC); and SharePoint Intranet Design and Website Content Management.  He has worked as the Team Lead for several projects responsible for establishing centrally managed GRC Programs to achieve multiple framework compliance.  He has defined and executed GRC implementation and training plans, along with expertly guiding the harmonization and communication of updated, comprehensive policies, procedures, and Security Assessment Methodologies.  Using NIST SP 800-53; NIST SP 800-171; CSF; CMMC; GDPR; SOC 1, 2, 3 (SSAE 18 standards); and ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 27001:2022 guidelines, he has defined GRC Audit processes and protocols used in accordance with government and customer requirements.  He also has a clear understanding of the FedRAMP Certification and AWS Cloud Processes.
