Mr. Cipolloni has 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity to include Artificial Intelligence (AI) Prompt Engineering and Jailbreaking; Government Contracts; Project Management; Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC); Privacy; Policy Creation and Maintenance; Process and Procedures Development; Technical Writing; Proposal Management; Control Audits/Assessments; and SharePoint Intranet Design and Website Content Management.  He is experienced in engineering AI evaluation environments, conducting adversarial AI red teaming, evaluating large language model (LLM) behavior, developing governance taxonomies, and translating cybersecurity policy into technically measurable evaluation criteria.  He combines expertise in AI policy, model evaluation, cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering to assess AI systems across the complete evaluation lifecycle, from environment creation and testing through artifact analysis, governance, and continuous improvement.  He has been providing CMMC Consulting Services for over 10 years and has helped many companies perform Level 1 Self-Assessment Affirmations and prepare for Level 2 C3PAO Certifications. He has worked as the Team Lead for several projects responsible for establishing centrally managed GRC Programs while defining and executing implementation and training plans and Security Assessment Methodologies.  Using NIST and NIST AI RMF, CMMC (CCP Exam Passed 4/13/2026 – waiting background check), ISO, and various other frameworks, he has defined GRC Audit processes and protocols used in accordance with government and customer requirements. He also has a clear understanding of the FedRAMP Certification and AWS Cloud Processes.  He has over 30 years of exceptional experience using all Microsoft 365 Business Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, and Intune to create and customize a broad spectrum of documents and deliverables for different levels of staff and management.
